KBDAV-7 conducted an informative session on ‘Leadership Qualities and Emotional Intelligence’ by Mr. Vivek Atray, Former IAS Officer in the Multimedia Hall of KBDAV-7, Chandigarh on 30th December 2017 for the School Staff where nearly 50 teachers attended.

Principal Mrs. Pooja Prakash and the staff members gave traditional welcome to Mr. Vivek Atray, who laid emphasis on the importance of positive attitude, patience, perseverance, integrity and other qualities a person should have to lead a successful life. To motivate the teachers, he quoted examples of many legands such as J.R.D. Tata, Sudhamurthy for them to imbibe the qualities of leadership in them. He recommended teachers to read the Autobiography of Yogi Paramhansa Yogananda to learn the art of living.

Towards the end of the session, the queries from the teachers were invited, which turned to be really productive and an interactive session.
