Union Minister and SAD BJP candidate Harsimrat Kaur Badal met leaders of various communities at a meeting organised by the associations at a Hotel on Sunday afternoon. Traders, Doctors and Lawyers including prominent citizens were part of the meeting.

Various participants and speakers assured Mrs Harsimrat Badal that they are impressed by the work done by her and they will support her. Prominent among them were Dr GS Nagpal, Arora Bans Association leader Satish Arora, Advocate Jatinder Khattar and Advocate Surjit Sohi.

Besides this, Mrs. Harsimrat Badal today held meetings at several places including Kamla Nagar and Patel Nagar accompanied by former chief parliamentary secretary Sarup Chand Singla. She said she had always stood for development. “Please judge me by my work. I toiled to get the AIIMS medical college and hospital to the city besides other prestigious projects.

Mrs Harsimrat Badal said “She would continue to work for the betterment of the city, Bathinda had become a model city during SAD- BJP tenure and was the envy of everyone. “However the Congress government is coming in the way of the Bathinda growth story. Please strengthen my hands to take Bathinda forward again”, she added.
