Chandigarh, October 23: HC notices to State of Punjab,PSPCL and Rana Gurjit Singh,Power Minister for 14.11.17-In PIL filed by Advocate H C Arora-seeking restraint writ or orders against Rana Gurjit Singh from dealing with PSPCL affairs, particularly revision of rates of tariff and decision to shut down Government Thermal Plants-as it involves conflict of interest-as being co-founder of Rana Sugars Ltd, his personal interest as majority share holder of a private power producer company along with his wife, are conflicting with interest of State.
