David Warner and Jonny Bairstow slammed centuries each against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Sunday to take the number one and two spot in the Orange Cap race. Kolkata Knight Riders’ Andre Russell moved to the third position with his unbeaten half-century against Chennai Super Kings on Tuesday.

In five matches so far, Warner has scored 349 runs, while Bairstow, at second place, has amassed 263 runs in the same number of games.Kings XI Punjab’s KL Rahul and Delhi Capitals’ Shreyas Iyer took the fourth and fifth position in the Orange Cap list.

The Orange cap goes to the player who is the top scorer in the tournament, and the player who finishes the tournament with the cap bags the prize at the closing ceremony.
