SAS NAGAR DECEMBER 19 : UK citizen Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi arrested in connection with the murder case of Shiv Sena leader Durga Parshad, was brought to Mohali court where NIA asked for his 12 days remand. He was arrested by Khanna police a few days back after a local court of Ludhiana ended his police remand in Hindu Takht leader Amit Sharma’s murder case and ordered judicial remand.
The Khanna police then produced him in a local court after arrest. He was remanded in police custody.
Now today on December 19, he was produced in Mohali court where NIA asked for his 12 day remand. The court ordered two days police remand for Johal.
