Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on Friday said that When we say Jammu and Kashmir, the complete state of Jammu and Kashmir includes PoK and Gilgit Baltistan.

Therefore PoK and Gilgit Baltistan become an occupied territory a territory which has been illegally occupied by our western neighbour.He was speaking at the Field Marshal KM Cariappa Memorial Lecture in New Delhi.

The Army Chief also pointed out that attempts are being made to disrupt normalcy which we are trying to attain in Kashmir. He said, Article 370 was temporary in nature.Indian Army issued a commemorative stamp on Siachen Glacier on Friday. Army Chief General Bipin Rawat was also present.
