Punjab and Haryana High Court has reserved it’s the judgment in Mohali Mayor Show cause notice case after the conclusion of arguments of petitioner and the state of Punjab. The court of Justice Daya Chaudhary heard both side and reserved the case for final order.




Kulwant Singh Mayor Mohali had filed a petition in High Court for seeking quashing of the show cause notice dated 4.1.2018 issued by Local Bodies department, Punjab to remove from the post of councilor of Municipal Corporation Mohali for alleged embezzlement of funds in purchasing of machine.
