Melbourne : Australian Kabaddi Federation is organizing World Kabaddai Cup in Melbourne on April 22 in the Lakeside Stadium, Albert Park, Melbourne.
The Kabaddi teams of USA, Canada, Pakistan, India, Iran, Australia and New Zealand will be participating in this world cup kbaddi event.
Organisers said that the purpose of this Kabaddi Cup is to further enhance the game of Kabaddi and to connect the present generation with sports. The teams which get first and second position, will be given a prize of $ 21,000 and $ 15,000 respectivelly. Besides this, the best raider and stopper will be honored with a special prize of $1500-1500. Famous artists of Punjab will enthrall the audience to mark the occasion.
