New Delhi, December 26 : The Delhi MLA Mr Manjinder Singh Sirsa has accused the Delhi Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejriwal of backstabbing the people of Delhi by increasing the water supply charges by 20 percent and said that he has proved that he is biggest fraud of Indian politics.
In a statement released here today, Mr. Sirsa said that this is another chance when he has betrayed the mandate of people of Delhi. He said that by repeatedly resorting to increase in service charges of different necessities of daily life Mr. Kejriwal has failed to keep his promises of providing cheaper services in Delhi but has proved that when he seeks power he is different and after assuming power he works differently.

He said that the AAP government is already charging huge amounts for new connection charges for providing water and sewerage services. He said that if his real intention is to serve the people of Delhi he can use Rs. 1500 crore for water supply purposes which he had intended to use as subsidy for Metro fares. He said that like his earlier moves his this decision is also based to give benefit to a particular class and in this case Water tanker mafia is set to mint huge amount of money.
Mr. Sirsa said that he always works for betterment of his party, his coterie and his loyalists rather than working for the benefit of people. He said that his first move after assuming power was to increase salary of his MLAs manifold and he even surpassed the President of the country.

Demanding immediate withdrawal of the hike in water supply charges Mr. Sirsa said that instead of pushing the common man towards wall by hiking charges of daily needs it items he should focus on providing relief to them and initiate moves which can prove beneficial for the common man of Delhi.
