Former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar again failed to appear before Enforcement Directorate today in connection with a money-laundering case probe, citing bad health, officials in the agency said, adding she would now be asked to depose later this week.

Kochhar did not appear before the agency even last week citing health reasons.The ED had last month questioned and recorded the statements of Chanda Kochhar and her husband Deepak Kochhar.
