In Odisha, Biju Janata Dal supremo and Naveen Patnaik takes oath as the chief minister of the state for the fifth time in a row today.

Along with him, a twenty-member council of ministers will also took oath in a swearing-in ceremony at the IDCO exhibition ground in Bhubaneswar. Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal administered the oath of office and secrecy to Patnaik and his council of ministers.
