The Vice Chancellor of the University of Canberra along with Professor Pratchett visited Punjab Agricultural University on February 8, 2018 and held discussions with the Vice Chancellor, Dr B.S. Dhillon and senior PAU scientists to work out modalities of creating a joint PAU-UC Masters in Environmental Science programme. Initiatives for research collaborations in specific fields of environmental management were also discussed. While highlighting the need for “Faculty Development Workshop” in collaboration with University of Canberra, Dr Dhillon stated that modalities that work out in the favour of the faculty and students of both universities shall be worked out soon. Dr Saini later interacted with the students of College of Basic Sciences and Humanities.
