PM Modi Government working on doubling farmers’ income by 2022
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was at the frontlines of the poll battle for Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday for the BJP.
He held 2 rallies on the day in Jhabua and Reva seeking votes for the ruling party’s candidates.
The PM’s first event was in tribal dominated Jhabua where he went hammer and tongs against corruption.
He said corruption has harmed the country a lot and it needs to be weeded out.
He justified demonetisation saying it was necessary to cure the disease of corruption in the country and bring back money to the banking system.
The PM also said that his government’s mantra is education for the young gainful employment for the youth..irrigation for farmers and healthcare for the elderly.
He informed those gathered that his government is working to double the income farmers by 2022.
It also aims to provide a home to each family by the same year.He attacked the Congress on the charge of making false promises to voters.
And the PM kept his guns blazing against the Congress in Reva as well.
He charged that the remote controlled Congress govt at the centre used every trick in the book to stall development in MP.
He added that putting Congress in power means return of nepotism, casteism and communalism.
The PM also praised MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan saying the work that the Congress couldn’t do while being in power in the state for 50 years the Shivraj govt did in 15 years.
