After wrapping his Varanasi visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Kanpur, where he inaugurates several development projects.

Prime Minister handed over keys of houses to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana. PM also unveiled the Panki Power Plant, establishment of new 660 megawatt electricity generation and distribution unit.

Prime minister said that now, electricity will be available to people of kanpur round the clock.

Prime Minister also inaugurated 23 km-long Lucknow Metro Rail Project and flaged-off Metro Rail from Ch. Charan Singh Airport Station, Lucknow through video link. PM also laid the foundation stone for Agra Metro Rail Project.
