The BJP celebrated the results as thousands of workers converged at the party headqaurters in Delhi to mark the special occasion. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a rousing welcome by the workers as he arrived on the special occasion.

At a function to celebrate the performance of the party in the assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the spirit with which the party fought the elections.

Addressing party workers, he said that even though both the chief Ministers did a commendable job in ruling their respective states for 5 years.

Further, Prime Minister also assured the people of both the states that the party will continue to work with same zeal and dedication for state’s progress and will leave no stone unturned to ensure their welfare.

BJP President Amit Shah thanks voters of Maharashtra reposing their trust in BJP – Shiv Sena alliance and said that voters have made BJP largest party in Haryana and given it another opportunity to serve them.

He said that due to the work done by the centre, the states have give a mandate in BJPs favour. He also thanked PM Modi for the victory on behalf of the party workers.
