SAS Nagar, December 22 : Punjab Homeguard deceased family members union today held candlelight march in protest of their demands from Punjab Govt.. Speaking on the occasion, various speakers demanded that the government services should be given to the heirs of Home Guard soldiers killed during the duty. They warned that if their demand is not accepted, they will ”Gherao” the Chief Minister’s residence.

State President of the Union Jatinder Singh Patti, Harvinder Singh, Agyapal Singh, Balwinder Kaur, Seema Rani, Manjit Kaur, Gurvinder Singh, Gurnam Singh, Nachhatar Singh were also present. Meanwhile, District President, Aam Aadmi Party Darshan Singh Dhaliwal has supported  the struggle of Home Guards Decased Family members Union. He said that the party is in favor of the families  of deceased.
