The state ordered a reshuffle in the police department on Monday and brought new faces to head the district headquarters.

SSP, anti-hijacking wing, Jammu airport, Rajinder Kumar Gupta has been posted as Kishtwar SSP whereas Pulwama SSP Muhammad Aslam has been brought in to replace Gupta. Earlier, Gupta has served as the passport officer, Jammu. He has also served as the SSP, Railways, Jammu. Besides Gupta and Aslam, 21 other SSPs have been transferred.
