Retail inflation falls to 4.17 in July
Retail inflation fell to 9-month low of 4.17 per cent in July on declining vegetable prices.
Based on the Consumer Price Index, retail inflation for June has also been revised downwards to 4.92 per cent from the earlier estimate of 5 per cent, as per the Central Statistics Office data released on Monday.
The previous low was in October 2017 at 3.58 per cent.
