Lok Sabha on Wednesday witnessed an early adjournment following ruckus over Trinamool Congress member Kalyan Banerjee’s comments on a bill that seeks to provide constitutional status to the OBC Commission.

Minister for Social justice and empowerment Thaawar Chand Gehlot presented the Constitution 123rd amendment bill 2017 for discussion and passage. Ruckus ensued as TMC members began arguing over aternative amendments suggested by the Rajya Sabha causing adjournment for the day at 1:35 pm
