SC dismisses PIL seeking use of ballot papers in Assembly, LS polls

The Supreme Court on Thursday declined a plea for holding Lok Sabha and Assembly elections using ballot papers and not EVMs.

A Bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said that every machine can be tampered with because they are manned by humans.
