The semifinals of 5th South Asian Football Federation, SAFF Women’s Championship will be played in Biratnagar, Nepal on Wednesday. In the first match host Nepal will take on Sri Lanka at 10.45 in the morning.

Defending champion India will play against Bangladesh at 2.45 in the afternoon.Indian Coach Maymol Rockey has said that players are focused on and ready for the match.

India finished at top in Group B after defeating Maldives by 6-0 and Sri Lanka by 5-0 in group matches. Indian girls dominated in both the matches.They seized the initiative in attack right from the word go and able to score goal in first 10 minutes of the games on both occasions.

India has unbeaten record in SAFF championship and it has won the trophy four times. The final will be played on Friday.
