Pakistan’s ousted Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today appeared before an anti-graft court which adjourned till November 7 the hearing of corruption cases against him in the Panama Papers scandal that forced him to resign.
Sharif, who returned to the country from London yesterday, during the brief hearing submitted two surety bonds of five million rupees ($48,000) each against bailable arrest warrants issued on October 26, his lawyer Khawaja Harris said.

Three cases were registered by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on September 8 against Sharif, his children and son-in-law in the Accountability Court Islamabad, following a verdict by the Supreme Court. Sharif appeared in the court along with legal team.
