Chandigarh, October 15 :   Sunil Jakhar President PPCC won the by election of Loksabha constituency Gurdaspur by a margin of 193219. He defeated his nearest rival Swaran Salaria of BJP. AAP candidate Khajuria couldn’t even save his depsited fee. This is a serious loss to the BJP which is gear in up for 2019 parliamentary elections.
