Supreme Courts issues notice to J&K administration on Omar Abdullah’s detention
Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Jammu and Kashmir administration on the plea of Sara Abdullah Pilot, former J&K CM Omar Abdullah’s sister.
She had challenged his detention under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act, 1978.The Court asked J&K administration to file a reply by March 2.
