During the 2017-18 financial year, 17,229 property holders were provided with 57,794 pages of the record of their property after receiving the fee of Rs. 11,55,880 which is levied by the respective government at the Nurpur Bedi farad Kendra. During the current financial year from 1/4/2018 to 29/ 5/2018 from 5,993 property owners after providing 28,491 pages of record of property 5,69,820 amount has been relieved as governmental fee has been added to the revenue of the government.

This is such a recommendable effort made by the state government which hits two birds with one stone by saving the time and money both of the people at the same time. This effort has saved the poor farmers from the sufferings of going time and again to the government offices for getting this record. The government has made this process so easy that now anyone can get easily the attested documents of revenue records of one’s property just after paying the required fee at these fard kendras. This solution to the problem of property owners is a big sigh of relief to them. At the sub Registrar office at Nurpur Bedi people get these documents within 15 minutes of the payment of Rs 20 per page. The farmers and the other people present at the sub registrar office at Nurpur Bedi sound glad when they were told that now they can get their revenue records within few minutes and they are even saved from the harassment of going again and again to the patwar bhawans and other offices of the revenue department for these documents only.

It is not the only the achievement but also now anyone can check the record of his or hers property online by logging in to www.plrs.org.in and can even take the printout. The state government is bound by its words of bringing all the services for its citizens under the same roof and it is even fulfilling its promise which was clear on the happy faces of the people present at the sub registrar office at Nurpur Bedi

Here it is considerable that where at Nurpur Bedi the people had to go to faraway places to get the basic services now the state government is trying hard to get this area on the map of growth by getting its people the basic services in their own city. ASM Deepak Kumar told that every effort is made to make the people feel ease at the farad Kendra.
