The “Living Doll” Fashion Model: Lulu Hashimoto
September 2: Lulu Hashimoto is a “living doll” model from Japan. Lulu was composed by Hitomi Komaki, a 23-year-old fashion designer, for whom the “exemplification of adorableness is dolls”.
“Kigurumi” is a prevalent fine art of taking on the appearance of a mascot in Japan. Lulu is a full-body doll suit that involves a wig, a veil, and stocking with “doll-like joints”.
Now, there is just a single Lulu body suit however Komaki says that artists, models, and designers have beforehand worn the ensemble some time recently. The character of the individual who wears the suit remains a mystery.
The tights were composed by Koh Ueno who enhanced with Photoshop doll-like joints onto the texture.
