Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has urged the media to do their duty with great discretion during the time of the elections.

Addressing a function in New Delhi, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu said, media should maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy and impartiality in their coverage.

He asked them to empower the voters with information to make the best possible use of their right to vote.

The Vice President also asked the journalists to serve as a mirror to society and be the voice of the voiceless.
