Remixes have become the latest trend of Bollywood. This trend does not sit well with singer-composer Vishal Dadlani. The singer has had enough of it, and has now threatened to sue what he called “vultures’’, who dare to remix his Shekhar Ravjiani and his songs.

Vishal has issued a warning that he will go to court if any of their songs are remixed without their permission, due credit or remuneration.

I WILL sue anyone making remixes of Vishal & Shekhar songs. I’ll even move court against the films & musicians. After ‘Saaki Saaki’, I hear upcoming bastardisations include ‘Dus Bahaane’, ‘Deedaar De’, ‘Sajnaji Vaari Vaari’, ‘Desi Girl’ & more. Make your own songs, vultures!.”

He continued: “Warning. Do NOT remix Vishal and Shekhar songs without our permission, due credit & remuneration. I will come for you hard, legally. Especially the musicians doing it. This will become very, very personal, even if you are a friend.”
