Chandigarh : National Institute of Personnel Management ( NIPM), Punjab Chapter organized an one day workshop on ‘Misconduct in Employment & Disciplinary Procedures’ at a hotel here today .

The workshop was attended by around 50 HR heads and professionals from public & private sector organizations across Punjab & Himachal . Mona Puri , Additional Labour Commissioner, govt of Punjab was chief guest at the event.

During occasion , Mona Puri informed about various initiatives taken by Labour & Employment department besides apprising participants about the web portal of department, which was launched recently.

SP Bansal, chairman-NIPM highlighted achievements and future plans of NIPM . SB Khullar , vice chairman introduced the subject of the workshop and the faculty.

The workshop was very interactive and covered all aspects of disciplines, misconduct and disciplinary procedures along with case laws.

Among others, SPS Bhalla , HR consultant, AK Bakshi , advocate & labour law adviser, Jasbir Singh, honorary additional secretary, NIPM (Punjab Chapter), Dr MM Singh and Ravinder Chadha , treasurer & other executive members were also presented.
