External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj exposes nexus between Pakistan and terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed in terror strikes against India at the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Russia, India and China in Wuzhen; Says, India decided to take pre-emptive action, in the light of continuing refusal of Pakistan to acknowledge and act against terror groups on its territory.

Counter-terrorism was on the agenda of the trilateral meeting of the 16th Foreign Ministers Meeting of Russia, India & China which was held in China.

External affair Minister Sushma Swaraj said that, terrorism is a threat to humanity, so strategy by the 3 countries is not enough. We need a global strategy.

The External Affairs Minister said terrorism is a threat to the whole world and requires a mechanism led by the United Nations to combat it.

Exposing Pakistan Based Jaish E Mohammad in terror attacks in India, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj urged the International community to prevent Pakistan fomenting terror against India.

Earlier, External Affairs Minister held bilateral discussions with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
