World Tour Finals 2018: PV Sindhu storms into final
PV Sindhu reached her second consecutive final at the year-ending BWF World Tour Finals with a scintillating victory over Thailand’s Ratchanok Intanon in Guangzhou, China on Saturday.
Sindhu beat Intanon 21-16, 25-23 in 54 minutes in the semi-final to reach the final.
Sindhu will now face Nozomi Okuhara in the final in a repeat of last year’s BWF World Championships final.
Sindhu is still unbeaten in the tournament as she won all three of her group games and came into the semi-final in a solid form and she showed her repertoire of strokes against the Thai player.
