In a major revamp of the state police machinery, the Manohar Lal Khattar government in Haryana on Thursday transferred 26 IPS and four HPS officers.

Dr Hanif Qureshi, IG, Security was posted as IG, Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB), Bhondsi, in place of Dr C S Rao who will now be IG, Haryana Armed Police (HAP), Madhuban, relieving H S Doon of additional charge.

Dr M Ravi Kiran, IG, Prisons was posted as IG, Administration, whereas Saurabh Singh, IGP, State Crime Branch (SCB) was posted as IG, Security, and will also be the IG, STF, Gurugram.

Dr Rajshree Singh, IG, SCB, has also been given the additional charge of IG, NH Traffic, the spokesperson said.

Satender Kumar Gupta, SP-cum-DIG, Sonepat, has been posted as DIG, CID in place of Y Puran Kumar, who will be the DIG, Prisons.

Nazneen Bhasin, SP, Nuh has been posted as Commandant, 4th IRB, Manesar, Gurugram, in place of Kulvinder Singh, who will be DCP, Headquarter, Gurugram.

Ashok Kumar, Commandant, 1st Battalion, HAP, Ambala, has been posted as SP, Ambala, in place of Abhishek Jorwal, who will be DCP, Panchkula in place of Rajender Kumar Meena, who goes as Commandant, 1st Battalion, HAP, Ambala.

Hamid Akhtar, SP, Sirsa has also been given charge as AIG, Administration.

Sulochana Kumari, DCP, Traffic, Gurugram, has been given the additional charge as DCP, East Gurugram in place of Kuldeep Singh, who goes as SP, Yamunanagar. Sangeeta Rani, Commandant, 1st IRB, Bhondsi has been given additional charge as SP, SCB.

Manisha Chaudhary, SP, Hisar, was posted as SP, Crime against Women, Police Headquarter, Panchkula while Pratiksha Godara, SP, Hansi has been posted SP, Sonepat.

Deepak Gahlawat, DCP, Headquarter, Gurugram, has been posted as SP, Law and Order in place of Sumer Partap Singh, who goes as SP, Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban with additional charge of SP, NH Traffic, Karnal.

Lokender Singh, DCP, Central Faridabad, has been given additional charge of DCP, Traffic, Faridabad in place of Virender Vij, who goes as SP, Hansi, the spokesperson said.

Rajesh Kumar, Additional SP, Hisar, has been posted as DCP, Manesar, Gurugram. Shiv Charan, DCP, Ballabhgarh has been posted as SP, Hisar, while Surinder Pal Singh, SP, SCB has been posted as SP, Kurukshetra in place of Abhishek Garg, who proceeded on leave, according to the spokesperson.
