Niagara Falls frozen from US side
Parts of the Niagara Falls have frozen over after the region’s fourth winter storm in a month blew through. Temperature dropped to -14 Celsius with the National Weather Service issuing a Wind Chill Warning in Western New York from midnight Wednesday to Friday.

Strong winds were expected to continue reducing visibility, creating drifts and complicating an ongoing cleanup effort. Matthew Belk of the National Weather Service said exposed skin could start to develop frostbite in “a matter of minutes.”
