SAS Nagar, December 22 : Christmas Eve was celebrated at Sant Ishar Singh School Phase 7. Principal of the school, Inderjit Kaur Sandhu said that the school was specially decorated on this occasion. The children decorated the Christmas tree with their own hands. A play was presented regarding the birth of Jesus Christ. Teachers gave information to the students about the life of Jesus Christ.

Speaking on the occasion, Director of the school Mrs. Pawandeep Kaur Gill said that all the religious festivals are celebrated in this school so that religious tolerance can be ensured among the students and they should respect each other’s religion.
