Sri Lanka has condemned in strongest terms the terror attack on CRPF personnel.President Maithripala Sirisena in a message said he is extremely saddened by the deaths adding that the world must condemn such brutal attacks and take effective action to prevent such incidents in future.
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremsinghe expressed his condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and families of soldiers who lost their lives.Former President Mahinda Rajapksa while condemning the incident said the world should continue to combat terrorism.
The foreign ministry in a message while condemning the attack said that its thoughts and prayers are with families of fallen soldiers.
