Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar flagged off a special tourist bus service for Kurukshetra today.

Khattar said initially buses were being run on a trial basis that would cover 14 ancient sites in the district associated with the Mahabharata age.

The ticket charge would be Rs 50 per person and a bus would take nearly eight hours to cover the identified sites.

The buses would cover 72 km and the tour would culminate at Brahma Sarovar during evening aarti hours.
